The Food Revolution Continues!!
EFM Winter Market – Church Street Parking Lot behind the Public Market
After what felt like the winter that would never end, our farmers have finally been able to return to the fields to continue the food revolution of fresh and local. And with only two more Winter Markets before we head back to Centre Square, there’s a lot of work to be done! Join us this Saturday, April 14th, for sunshine, warm temps and lots of fresh spring greens and guest vendor Jesse Howe of Howe Sharp for all of your sharpening needs. And be sure to pop inside the Easton Public Market for anniversary festivities including prize drawings, tasty demos and free face painting and stilt walkers for the kids!
The Easton Farmers’ Winter Market is open 10 am – 12 noon on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month from January through April. Eleven vendors offer fresh and local pasture-raised meats and chicken, eggs; fresh produce and mushrooms; artisan cheeses; honey; freshly brewed and roasted coffee, and tea leaf; fresh baked goods; kombucha; honey; pickles, olives and brined vegetables; and jarred & bottled items from the garden and orchard. Come shop your favorite vendors and meet some new ones: Asbury Village Farm, Breakaway Farms, Comeback Farm, Fieldstone Coffee Roasters & Leaf Tea, Flour Shop, Jersey Pickles, Portch Tea; Primordia Mushroom Farm, Scholl Orchards, Stagecoach Apiaries, and Valley Milkhouse.
Eat fresh and local no matter what the season!!
