The Little Waffle – New at EFM in 2019!
The Little Waffle is a brand new business born out of years of two friends dreaming of having a “food stand” or “food truck.” Kim and Siv became instant friends 33 years ago soon after Kim moved to Pennsylvania from Illinois and Siv from Norway. Siv taught Kim to make the waffles and they have both been making Norwegian waffles ever since. Their families and friends request the waffles at all family and friend gatherings, and Kim and Siv have also made their waffles for youth groups, large conferences, church events, and private parties. The waffles are heart shaped, soft and delicious, with a hint of cardamom. Traditionally served as a hand held food and topped with strawberries and sugar, many people also enjoy them with jam and a dollop of sour cream. At EFM they will will also feature waffles with a savory topping of ham and gruyere cheese. Welcome Kim and Siv to EFM!

And stop by the restaurant at 612 Northmapton Street for your dining pleasure – a favorite of many Easton foodies!
