Little Miss Korea

Little Miss Korea brings fresh Korean flavors with deep roots to the Lehigh Valley. Using traditional recipes to ferment Kimchi, as well as incorporating seasonal produce to create American-Korean fusion dishes, Lobynn Cha and her mother Youme create a unique blend to bring to the table. Banchan, or small side dishes made from seasonal produce, is the main highlight, alongside Youme’s Kimchi. Homemade dressings, hot sauce, and typical Korean street food like Gimbap (rice rolls) and Mandu (Dumplings) will fill the stand each week.

K&S Grill (and Spring Valley Microgreens))

Ken & Sue Austin are introducing something NEW this season — over a dozen varieties of their own freshly grown microgreens!  Look for fresh healthy twists on all your old favorites, like K&S’ famous crab cakes atop a salad! Or a gourmet grilled cheese with some spicy microgreens. They’ll also have their farm fresh breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, signature fries, fresh-squeezed lemonade and more. On festival days you’ll find specialties like strawberry shortcake, fried green tomatoes, and hot apple fritters.
