This Saturday is all about the strawberry!

After an interesting spat of cold and wet weather, the pop of bright red and sweet strawberries is a much appreciated addition to the Spring landscape and palate. This versatile berry is great in all forms: amplifying salads, blending with rhubarb, muddled into cocktails, and munched right from the ground. We’re excited to get you as close to that latter experience as we can at the market, with freshly-harvested strawberries grown locally. Pick up a pint or 5 from Phillips Farms and savor the fresh fruit of spring through our vendors’ creative touches. There are some truly mouth-watering &  juicy specials this week, so have napkins on hand. Show up at the market wearing your berry best and get free temporary strawberry tattoos at our INFO booths!
