It’s that time of year…the greens pop in the softer light, the bugs die down, and the morale starts to lift as the weather loosens up its turbulent reign.  The tastes of Fall are rolling in and you have the perfect blend of summer and autumn produce.  This weekend you can expect to see some of the early season apple, such as Honeycrisp, Gala, Macintosh, Gingergold and Autumn Crisp along with fresh-pressed apple cider…YUMMMM!  New this week will also be winter squash with other fall crops that are beginning to be harvested, such as pak choy, radishes and green cabbage.
