Quesabirria Tacos, Latin Beats and a Mayan Mocha Latte

Quesabirria Tacos, Latin Beats and a Mayan Mocha Latte
In honor of National Hispanic Cultural Month and to recognize the diverse heritage of our region’s Hispanic population, we’re featuring some special guest vendors and a fabulous six piece Latin band this weekend. If you’re looking for quesabirria tacos, tamales and elote (Mexican street corn), Antijitos Restaurant will satisfy that need. Grab some goods and stay for the incredible music we’ll have, from Herencia Jibara, a multi-piece Latin band with energetic vocals — a true taste of Puerto Rican musical fun. Isasuma, which also has a location at 441 Northampton Street, will be joining us this week, selling unique bags, clutches, earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces and shoes produced by Colombian artisans. Isasuma’s mission is to support and empower small at-risk artisan communities. They travel and work directly with a small group of entrepreneurial indigenous artisans and small shops in Latin America!

We have no shortage of fantastic produce from all of our vendors, including the final concord grapes of the season from Phillips, while we welcome the first winter squash from Cabbage Throw and various root veggies from Salvaterra’s Gardens!
