With the frenzy of Bacon Fest behind us, we can’t wait to return to the serenity of the riverfront this weekend.
The fall colors are glorious – both the trees, and the produce. Golden apples, cinnamon shaded pears, bright orange kabocha squash, and still the rich aubergine of summer eggplant.
It’s time to start planning for the feast of all feasts – Thanksgiving Dinner! Start scoping out the market for ingredients, and don’t forget to order your turkey, and the pies.
