It’s no secret that rising food prices are taking a big bite out of many people’s budgets. The Easton Farmers’ Market and our West Ward Market believe that fresh, local food should be accessible to all.
Both markets accept SNAP benefits and double all SNAP purchases up to $10 with Lehigh Valley Fresh Food Bucks. Our farmers honor Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) vouchers issued by the State. And at the West Ward Market, the Kellyn Foundation sells local produce and ‘medicine meals’ on a sliding scale basis – according to a shopper’s income level.
