With temperatures in the high 70s, it’s positively perfect for an open-air market this Saturday!

Here’s your chance to shake off the winter/spring slog and add some freshness to your weekly routine. While you might not think of cheese as a seasonal item, guess again! As the seasons change, so does the forage (grasses, legumes, and forbs) for animals as new plants bloom and grow. This in turn affects both the flavor of the milk, and thus, the flavor of the cheese.
