Our farmers, bakers and makers are back with a bounty of winter goodness. And all this beautiful food has us craving some serious time in the kitchen – cooking up lots of comfort food.
And I don’t know about you, but it feels like a good time for a little winter party. (Did we mention that Silverback Distillery is doing the Winter Market?) Gather some of your favorite people and cook! Slice and dice the winter’s nourishing root veggies, and simmer a pot of stew all day long. Bake a pie, experiment with an intriguing ingredient from our newest vendor, River Valley Community Grains. Whip up a pot of chili for Sunday afternoon football, or grab your favorite market treats for a Saturday night Netflix binge (Easton Salsa is back). Hitting the trails this weekend? You’ll find lots of healthy snacks including new energy bites and granola bars at Zekraft. No matter where your weekend takes you, we hope you’ll spend Saturday morning with us. The coffee will be hot and the pastries will be waiting. It’s been four long weeks without the market, and we’re ready for some ‘Only-in-Easton’ vibes!
