Speaking of green… we’re launching a new Green Ribbon program to recognize our vendors who are making the switch to more sustainable packaging options. Kudos to Zekraft and Green Vida Co. who have been walking the walk for a few years with their reusable container and jar programs. And a big shout-out to Cody’s Eats & Sweets who ditched the plastic clamshell containers and are debuting new compostable sugarcane containers this week! As shoppers, we’d encourage you to bring your reusable shopping bags and insulated beverage bottles, and even your own containers for products like pickles and prepared foods.
