Another warm market coming up before a Sunday shower spell!

Bring your bags for a Spring market packed with the best you can find. Only two Winter Markets left before we move back to Larry Holmes Dr. for our regular season market! With Scholl Orchards being back this week, we’re stocking up on apples and more apples, treats from Saint Rocco’s for our canine buddies, Dungeness crab from Wild for Salmon, and a new carnivorous plant from Tuckers Pond & Predatory Plants. Celebrating 420? Breakaway Farms 420 Moon Rock burgers are a hilarious must-have for the munchies.

Have you had Oley Ravioli’s jerk chicken ravioli yet? Or Salvaterra’s spring mix? Talk about the perfect dinner pairing! For my dinner salad, I added shaved beets (also from Salvaterra’s Gardens) and topped with blue cheese from Raspberry Ridge Creamery, some raw almonds and simple Greek dressing. Herbs are always a plus! I zested up the raviolis with a cup of frozen peas added to the final minute or two of boiling and then mixed in chopped Jersey Pickles peppadew peppers for a sweet & savory kick. Drizzle some nice EVOO from Centre Square Cheese and you have yourself a simple but unique market meal!
