Mother Nature is serving up another lovely Saturday – perfect for market shopping and a free Shakespeare show in the park. And maybe a little market-style picnic with your favorite cheese from Raspberry Ridge Farm, some crusty sourdough from Apple Ridge, and a basket of strawberries, or the first sweet cherries of the season from Scholl Orchards. (And don’t forget the wine!)

Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival’s “Play On!” Community Tour brings free performances of William Shakespeare to libraries, parks, and community centers all over the region. And the Easton Farmers’ Market is proud to be one of the chosen locations. This year’s featured performance is The Comedy of Errors. Follow the entertaining escapades of two sets of identical twins separated at birth and residing in the same town. Mistaken identities make for hilarious complications until chaos gives way to clarity, and mayhem to mirth, when brother is reunited with brother and a town turned upside-down is turned right-side up again. Enjoy this FREE performance at the Scott Park Stage starting at 11:00 am.
