Who else has been dreaming of bouquets of tulips from Minsi Mountain Flower Farm, build-your-own cinnamon rolls from Modern Bakery, all the best Spring produce from Phillips Farms, strudels from Mattie’s Strudel Haus, new scents from Easton Candle Co., and the perfect coffee sippin’ from Roastwell Coffee, Spectracolor Coffee and Zekraft? If you’re looking for something hot and lunch-y, Green Vida Co. is making paninis! Stop by Tierra de Fuego for the best empanadas and Aladdin for Mediterranean delights! Blue Sun Growers is the spice on top – a fine addition to a travel bag, if I do say so myself!

Let’s welcome a few NEW vendors, shall we? Brightpath Brewing will be slinging fresh beer from Jim Thorpe, tomato pies from Mona’s Bakery will be a weekly staple, and Mountain’s Daughter will be back to the market after a few year hiatus to supply us with bodycare that’s kind to the earth and our health. Stay tuned as new guest vendors make appearances throughout the season!
