Misty Mornings on the Riverfront

Misty Mornings on the Riverfront

We’ve had a string of beautiful fall days and nights, with crisp air, colorful leaves, a full moon, aurora borealis, comet viewing, and our first frosts of the season. While we see and feel this change in the season, we can taste it all the same. A gallon of apple cider, a fresh loaf of hearty bread, and some root crops and salad greens from our farmers keep the fall season wholesome and delicious. While the temperatures rise again, giving us hints of summer, the fall produce and variety is still in full swing and we can’t deny it!

Trying and failing to think of of a better way to cozy up into the season?  Then to grab a book from one or more of the 12 local authors planning to set-up on our riverfront this Saturday (October 19th, 2024) as a part of the Easton Book Festival!  Part of supporting the community is supporting our local writers.  Bring your doggo for a story time just for dogs – and kids- with Clifford the Big Red Dog at 11am!
