It’s #NationalFarmersMarketWeek

We live in a thriving, fertile area for local food here in the Lehigh Valley. With a rich history of commerce and connection centered around agriculture, it’s encouraging today to see that farmers’ markets still have a unique and irreplaceable part of the local economy, environment, and culture. While yes, most people come to the farmers market to shop for local food, a large percentage (48%) of people come to connect with their family, friends, and community. Statistics don’t lie: a farmers’ market is a place where communities thrive.  Support our farmers and vendors by trying something new at the market this Saturday! It takes a village to pull off a farmers’ market — and you’re a part of it!

We love all of our local farmers’ markets! Thankful that the Lehigh Valley has so much to offer! Check outbuylocalglv.org for more information on local food!

Looking to arrive in style? The trolley is running for just two more Saturdays (for now)! Everyone who has supported this iconic – and free – public transit has made our hearts go *ding-a-ling*! If you haven’t had a chance to ride the trolley, now is your chance to encourage the City of Easton to continue this beloved program for our residents year-round. It’s free, fun. and gets you great deals around town to boot!  Learn more HERE.
