Primordia Mushroom Farm

Jesse Tobin and Matthew Sicher own and operate one of the few small, independent mushroom farms remaining in Pennsylvania. Using natural growing methods, they produce Shitake, Trumpet, Blue, Grey and Pink Oyster, Lion’s Mane and other mushroom varieties, that are available for online order pickup and at their stand on Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm in Scott Park.

Salvaterra’s Gardens

Salvaterra’s Gardens is a family-owned business that grows over 100 different varieties of high quality organic vegetables. Started in 2008 as a small urban garden located in Allentown, Salvaterra’s is located in Alburtis where they specialize in growing an exceptionally wide selection of high quality produce. Salvaterra’s Gardens’ produce is grown almost entirely by hand without the use of heavy equipment, synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides or genetically modified organisms.

Haven Farmstead Table

Haven Farmstead Table handcrafts cheese from the highest-quality, and healthiest, milk and are guided by organic and pasture-based methods. Started in 2018, Haven Farmstead’s dairy and cheese kitchen were built in New Tripoli, PA by Steve Dougherty, a cheesemaker and food entrepreneur, and Reuben DeMaster, who has been sustainable farming in northwestern Lehigh Valley for 10 years.

Raspberry Ridge Creamery

Rob Dunning has been making yogurt and cheese since 2018 on his family’s sheep farm in Bangor PA  His dairy products are made from 100% sheep’s milk. Yogurt is made simply with sheep’s milk and culture. Cheeses include feta, alpine cheese and the ever- popular Markjego cheese aged for a year, all made from Raspberry Ridge sheep’s milk.

Little Miss Korea

Little Miss Korea brings fresh Korean flavors with deep roots to the Lehigh Valley. Using traditional recipes to ferment Kimchi, as well as incorporating seasonal produce to create American-Korean fusion dishes, Lobynn Cha and her mother Youme create a unique blend to bring to the table. Banchan, or small side dishes made from seasonal produce, is the main highlight, alongside Youme’s Kimchi. Homemade dressings, hot sauce, and typical Korean street food like Gimbap (rice rolls) and Mandu (Dumplings) will fill the stand each week.

Don DeVault, founder of Portch Tea, has been brewing “farmer’s booch” since 2016 on a preserved, second-generation family farm in Emmaus, PA. Kombucha, a fermented tea, is an effervescent, non-alcoholic (<.5%), probiotic beverage and is the perfect vehicle for expressing the flavors of what the DeVault family grows on the farm. Holy Cow Farm

Jenn and Bryan McAtee started Holy Cow Flower Farm in 2016. Located just 14 miles north of Easton in Bangor, PA, they grow about an acre and a half of specialty cut flowers, such as zinnias, dahlias, sunflowers, and much more. Holy Cow is committed to sustainable, chemical-free growing practices from seed to bloom, so that EFM shoppers receive the highest quality flowers. They offer custom arrangements and pre-made bouquets from June to October.
