2024 Market Season

Vendor Fees

  • Full season farmer $600/space (up to three tents; any tents over three – $5/day)
  • Full-season prepared food or beverage: $600/space
  • Full-season Ready-to-Eat/Restaurant: $720/space
  • Full-season crafter: $550/space
  • Auxiliary vehicle fee: $100
  • Guest vendors: crafters $60/day; food/beverage $100/day

Application Process

Review Easton Farmers’ Market Bylaws

Submit application online (via marketspread.com). Note: 2024 applications are now closed

All applications are reviewed and voted upon by the Easton MarketDistrict Advisory Council (EMDAC). Product samples required for food and beverage. 

If application is approved:

a.) Submit EFM vendor license fee

b.) Food Vendors must complete the City of Easton Farmers’ Market Health Permit Application ($150 annually)

c.) All applicants must complete a City of Easton Business License Application ($25 annually)

d.) All applicants must provide proof of insurance (minimum $1,000,000 for food vendors/$300,000 all others) and Certificates of Insurance listing the following three entities as additionally insured:

  • Greater Easton Development Partnership, 325 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042
  • Easton Farmers’ Market, 128 Larry Holmes Drive, Easton, PA 18042
  • City of Easton, 123 S. Third Street Easton, PA 18042

All agriculture applicants must undergo a thorough farm inspection prior to receiving final approval.

Other: All vendors are responsible for providing their own 10X10 EZ-Up canopy with weights (25 lbs. per tent leg), tables, and a professionally-made banner or sign.
